Great Lakes Coffee Co. is an independent roaster out of Munising, Michigan. When faced with updating their website in order to stay relevant in the market, they also decided that a fresh new logo was also in order.

When assessing the essential components of

their brand and speaking with the client, it was identified that the sailing coffee cup was the

key visual.

To give the logo a more modern look, I chose more contemporary and trendy typefaces. In addition, I used orange for a pop of color, differing from their previous monotone logo.
